1.What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods as bulk pack and then put into brown cartons. If you have special requirements,we can pack the goods accordingly.

2. What is your terms of payment?

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

3. What is your terms of delivery?

EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.

4. How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 30 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

5. Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds.

6. What is your sample policy?

We can supply the existing sample for free, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. If the sample need to re-produce, we will charge the sample cost and the courier cost.
