1. Q: Can I purchase only 1 piece as a sample first?
A: Of curse. We can offer you one sample for your testing first. But you should pay the sample fee and the freight.
2. Q: Can you offer OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, we could provide OEM services to you, make your logo on the products and cartons.
3. Q: How could I receive the goods?
A: For sample order or small quantity of goods, we suggest to deliver through express such as DHL, FedEx, TNT. For urgent orders but more goods, we suggest delivering by air transportation. For large batch order, we suggest delivering by ocean transportation.
4. Q: How about the lead time?
A: About 10-15 days for sample and small trial order. About 30-45 days for big order and OEM order.
5 Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Normally 500pcs.
6. Q: What about the payment?
A: Normally 40% deposit, 70 % balance be clear before loading.
